Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actress and writer popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first stage performance in the 1950s. Then, in 1956 she had her breakthrough with a performance on Broadway with Li'l Abner. She released her album It's Too Late for Tina the following year. Louise's first foray into Hollywood was as Griselda as Griselda in the film God's Small Acre, which was a 1958 film. The film received widespread acclaim. Louise won the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the year category. At the time, she enrolled into Actors Studio in New York and developed her association with Lee Strasberg as his student. Her next role that she portrayed as Ginger Grant, which CBS signed her up for in 1964. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood and Broadway as a somber character in order to dispel her image as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The series starred her as SG-1's Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. In recent times, she has also become a renowned director for popular TV programs like Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex August 28th on the 28th of August, 1965. The family moved to Toronto for her early years. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the role, and has been settling down in Toronto ever since.
