Cassandra Monique Batie also known as Andra is an American R&B, soul and singer/songwriter. She is the recipient of various accolades like the Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nominations for the Academy Award. Andra is not just an old-fashioned R&B artist, but also a gospel singer. Her blues and jazz roots can be heard in a style which is effortless as well as sophisticated. Day's album was nominated at least two times for the Grammy Awards. It was also nominated for Best R&B Album. The album was dropped The United States Vs. Billie Holiday in 2019, an album that explores the life and work of jazz legend Billie Holiday. She also starred in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film about Holiday. Andi Mathichak was born in the US. She began her career in the television industry, appearing on shows like Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods. She then made her movie debut through Halloween as well as its sequels in the role of Allyson. Andi is an American actress born in Framingham on the 3rd day of May, 1994.
